By exploring the mechanics of his father's SLR cameras, Pritom developed an early, intuitive grasp of framing, exposure, and lighting. ?In 2010, he transitioned into the digital era with the Canon EOS 550D, quickly gaining recognition within his community for his unique creative vision. Since 2011, he has built a reputation for blending innovative themes and compositions with high-level professionalism and ethical business practices. ?In 2014, Pritom founded RED TAIRA with Ishtiaque, bringing a structured and formal approach to commercial photography in the Khulna Division. Today, he is highly sought after for his expertise in traditional Hindu weddings, as well as a wide range of social and corporate events. He founded Red Taira School of Photography to spread the knowledge among photography enthusiastic in Khulna as mentor.

Ishtiaque Mahmud is a co-founder and the Executive Director of RED TAIRA. His professional journey in photography began in 2011 under the mentorship of Pritom, shortly after completing his higher secondary education. Known within Team RED as a "One Man Army," Ishtiaque is celebrated for his relentless work ethic and strategic approach to every project.? His dedication has been a cornerstone in building RED TAIRA into the trusted photography brand it is today. Beyond his leadership role, Ishtiaque is a core photographer with a deep-seated passion for natural compositions and the artistic play of light. His unique background in Chemical Engineering brings a precise, analytical eye to his creative work, ensuring every frame is technically perfect and emotionally resonant.

With a background in Architecture, Badhon brings a unique structural perspective and an impeccable sense of framing to the world of visual storytelling. A dedicated member of the Red Taira team since 2015, his work is defined by a rare ability to capture fleeting, outstanding moments with precision and soul.
